Protein Pancake and Waffle Recipe

I make these at least once a week and freeze leftovers (if there are any). All 3 of my kids LOVE them and have since they were babies. You can play around with the ingredients, substituting any fruit into the mix, or even add chocolate chips if you would like. I also turn these into muffins to change it up every once in a while.
2 cups of Kodiak Pancake/Waffle mix (or any brand you choose)
2 TBSP oil (any)
2 cups of milk (any)
6 eggs (or egg white equivalent)
2 ripe bananas
Approx. 3 cups fresh spinach
½ cup FlaxSeed Meal
Cinnamon (for extra health benefits)
Blueberries, Chocolate Chips or Other Fruit of Choice
Examples of other varieties:
Pumpkin (we like in the fall)
Diced apples and Cinnamon
Possibilities are endless!!
